Maintain various office files and provide general office filing support

Order office and kitchen supplies
Be a welcoming presence for visitors
Oversee various office files and provide general office filing support
Help out other administrative staff with support overflow work, including word processing, data entry and Internet research tasks
Managing all incoming phone calls
Organize, review, and allocate incoming mail according to specified procedures Requirements - Customer service and office administrative skills
Optimistic, creative, resourceful, solution-oriented, and tech-savvy
Excellent telephone etiquette and keyboard skills
Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing
Strong organization skills
Attention to detail and ability to follow standard procedures is a requirement
Customer service experience
Deep understanding of Email Correspondence
Schedule Appointments experience highly desired
