Job Description:

As a Project Manager in Wireless Transport, you will manage a variety of internal and external partners and fiber Carriers to oversee fiber delivery for a regional network of cell site projects. Your vital role will ensure that these multi-stakeholder, complex projects are delivered on time to meet monthly and annual targets.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborating with stakeholders to establish project designs, scope, deliverables and timelines.
• Developing and maintaining detailed schedules for each project and actively managing and driving the scheduled tasks with Carriers. This includes but is not limited to major milestones, action items and any other commitments that would impact the project schedule.
• Analyzing implications of changes from the original schedule and taking required corrective actions to ensure the project stays on track.
• Providing regular and meaningful project status reports to management and the project team.
• Identifying process limitations and collaborating with stakeholders and other cross functional teams to identify and implement time and/or cost efficient improvements.

Required experience:

• Three or more years of relevant work experience.
• Experience managing projects and process/program management experience.
• Expert with project management tools and reporting.
• Experience working with fiber Carriers and Transport design.

Desired skills/ experience:

• A degree.
• Knowledge of fiber installation and standards.
• Experience in telecommunications / data networking or wireless industry.
• PMP.
• Experience with FUZE and Tableau would be very helpful.
