Seeking a highly motivated, detail oriented person for full-time office position with local manufacturing company. Responsibilities include: Phones, managing office procedures for GL, AP and AR processes. Quick Books manufacturing software used for order processing and inventory control for hundreds of parts and product models. 5 Years of Quick Books bookkeeping experience is required. Must have good math, spelling, writing skills and be able to accurately type a minimum of 50 words per minute to be considered for this position. Good aptitude and learning skills are desired. Lots of email work involved. Self starter and being able to work independently important. Excel spreadsheet work will be part of the work assigned.
Knowledge of and 5 years experience using Microsoft Office, Excel and Quick Books preferred. Must be able to work in busy environment and have skills for accurate and thorough work results.
The normal work hours for this position are Monday thru Friday, 8 AM to 4:30 PM. Please respond to this ad via email with resume.
