GREENWAY TRANSPORT INC
● Must have Experience in Transportation Accounting
● Know standard BOL/POD information. ( PO/PRO number, origin & destination, matching totals, adding accessorial if needed)
● Entering accounting software.
● Reaching out to drivers for missing BOL’s/POD any missing signatures, dates, PO’s, or destinations and origins not matching.
● Sending invoices.
● Working through the held invoice list, (invoices that are held by the bank for various reasons, that need worked through &/or fixed for resubmission.
● Going through the billing email to sort through any emails, with customers that have questions/concerns about any issues.
English and Spanish are a must.
