Our office is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Part-time Bookkeeper .
This is a part time position but has the potential of transitioning into a full-time bookkeeping career. The ideal candidate shall have strong organizational skills, proficiency in MS Office (particularly Word & Excel), and prior experience with QuickBooks is a MUST. The role will primarily involve handling bookkeeping tasks.
Responsibilities:
# Perform bookkeeping duties -bank and Credit Card reconciliations, year-end accounting.
#Flexibility to work part-time hours (approximately Monday to Friday) we can set hours that works for everyone.
Requirements:
Prior experience in bookkeeping or accounting roles.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
Experience with QuickBooks is a MUST
