Onsite Property Management needed for Residential apartment complex
buildings, located in Fresno Ca, property Manager will be responsible for
managing two apartment complex's totaling in 52 rental units combined.
Some of the duties and responsibilities will include:
Provide excellent and attentive customer service
Process and Evaluate all Applications adhering to the Rental Requirements/ qualifications
Explain Rental Agreements, rules/polices and documents to our new Resident(s) At Move-in
Collect and deposit rent payments
Serve all appropriate notices
Produce and update appropriate reports
Perform Move-Out inspections and process Move-out dispositions
Schedule and communicate with Bank Inspectors, City Inspectors, Contractors, maintenance personal and vendors
Adhere to all Polices and procedures
All other duties assigned by supervisor
Job Requirements:
Customer service Experience
Must Possess Professional Communications ( Email, Written, and verbal )
Computer Skill and Office Experience
Ability to work effectively to meet deadlines while handling multiple Tasks
Must be able to respond to tenant after hours emergency calls
