We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Roofing Project Manager/Estimator to join our team. This role is crucial to our operations, combining estimating expertise, project management, and client communication to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Estimating & Proposals:
Meet with vendors to gather pricing and prepare accurate, competitive roofing estimates.
Draft and email detailed proposals to clients.
Follow up with clients to secure projects and maintain positive relationships.
Project Management:
Manage and schedule roofing crews for various projects, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
Act as the primary liaison between the office and the job sites, addressing any on-site issues and coordinating resources as needed.
Compliance & Safety:
Ensure all safety regulations are followed on job sites.
Maintain OSHA certifications and comply with EM 385 standards.
Client Invoicing Coordination:
Provide accurate job completion details to the office for invoicing purposes.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in roofing project management and estimating.
Familiarity with pricing roofing materials and preparing detailed proposals.
OSHA and EM 385 certifications required.
Experience working on military base projects preferred.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills for client and team interactions.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office 360.
