Join us and be a part of reshaping the employee lifecycle!About the Role:We leverage partnerships with third-party logistics companies to efficiently store our clients' inventory and handle all physical operations, and our Fresno, CA warehouse is currently our largest. We’re seeking a highly motivated and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee the physical operations there. This critical role is responsible for the efficient and accurate receiving, processing, configuration, and shipping of laptops and other business devices to our client employees. You will be the on-site leader, ensuring seamless execution of all warehouse activities while maintaining a safe, organized, and productive environment. This position reports to the CEO and offers a fantastic opportunity to make a direct impact on our operations and client satisfaction. You will be a key point of contact between Doneboard and our 3PL partner.Responsibilities:Supervise and lead: Manage a flexible team of 5-10 warehouse associates, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.Receiving and Inventory Management: Oversee the accurate and timely receiving of incoming shipments, verifying the specs and assessing the condition of devices. Maintain accurate inventory records using the warehouse management system (WMS). Conduct regular audits and reconcile discrepancies.Device Configuration: Coordinate the configuration process for laptops and other devices, ensuring adherence to client specifications and quality standards. Collaborate with the Doneboard IT team to ensure smooth integration of hardware and software.Shipping and Logistics: Manage the efficient and timely shipping of configured devices to client employees, ensuring proper packaging, labeling, and documentation.Warehouse Operations: Maintain a safe, clean, and organized warehouse environment, adhering to all safety regulations and company policies. Optimize warehouse layout and storage strategies for maximum efficiency.Quality Control: Implement and enforce quality control procedures to ensure the accuracy and quality of device configurations and shipments.Performance Monitoring: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as receiving efficiency, order fulfillment time, and inventory accuracy. Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.Communication: Communicate effectively with the third-party warehouse management, the Doneboard IT team, and other internal stakeholders.Problem Solving: Proactively identify and resolve operational issues, escalating complex problems to the appropriate parties.Third-Party Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact with the third-party warehouse, ensuring smooth collaboration and adherence to service level agreements. This includes regular communication and performance reviews.Qualifications:Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a warehouse supervisory role or comparable experience.Technical Skills: Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control software. Experience configuring and troubleshooting laptops and other business devices is a plus, but not required.Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team.Communication Skills: Solid verbal and written communication skills.Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.Doneboard is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
