Key Responsibilities:
Customer Experience Management: Oversee all stages of the customer journey post-sale, including scheduling installations, identifying necessary repairs, and managing the warranty process.
Task Coordination: Efficiently juggle multiple tasks while maintaining clear and effective communication with colleagues, customers, and clients.
Shipping and Receiving Coordination: Work closely with the shipping and receiving departments to ensure seamless customer success.
Record Maintenance: Keep accurate and up-to-date records of client orders, inventory, and work orders.
Customer Experience Excellence: Deliver the best customer experience in the Central Valley to both our in-home and commercial customers.
Qualifications:
Education: Associate's Degree or equivalent experience.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in customer service.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Windows, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills (samples will be requested).
Attention to Detail: Acute attention to detail is essential.
Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and planning skills with the ability to multitask.
Team Collaboration: Ability to work positively, professionally, and productively with team members.
