Responsibilities
- Coordinate projects and manage calendars for executives
- Perform clerical tasks such as typing, data entry, and filing
- Provide executive administrative support including drafting correspondence and reports
- Deliver exceptional customer service to clients and visitors
- Oversee office operations and ensure efficiency
- Act as a personal assistant to executives when needed
- Help with marketing for real estate, social, mailers and flyers
Qualifications
- Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
