About the Project: Construction consists of a total of 5 apartment buildings in a mixture of 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom and 3-bedroom units (45 units total).This scope of work comprises a total of approximately 40,200 s.f. of conditioned space and a total gross area of approximately 51,800 s.f.
Insurance Requirements:
Standard insurance should be provided.
Bonding May Be Required
Copies of our Subcontract Agreement and Material Supply Contract are
available for viewing at our main office. If awarded, Subcontractor/Supplier
consents to execute our agreement without modifications.
