Patton Air Conditioning is looking for a Full-Time experienced EIT or experienced Project Engineer. This position provides experience in the design and construction of Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning systems for Commercial Buildings under the direction of licensed professional engineers.
Job Description:
2-D drafting (AutoCAD) designs
Energy analysis
Take-off’s for estimates
HVAC duct/pipe layout
Model HVAC designs in 3-D (REVIT)
Create as-builts
Develop and utilize construction details
Develop HVAC submittals and operation & maintenance manuals
Qualifications:
College Degree or Engineer Experience
Self-motivated
Detail-oriented
Experience in Computer-Aided Design (CAD)
Good time management
Good communication skills
Work well in a team environment
Positive attitude
Experience with Microsoft Office – specifically Excel and Word
