Description We have a Local legal company seeking an experienced HR Manager who will work alongside the HR Director in implementing and monitor HR systems and policies related to employee records. Duties and Responsibilities will include:-Benefits-Recruitment-Orientation and Training -Labor Records Qualifications-College degree in human resources or equivalent experience.-Minimum four years of experience as a Human Resources Manager or similar position.-Minimum of two years of experience in a supervisory capacity or Humanistic approach to management.-Excellent interpersonal skills, including active listening and collaborative problem-solving.-Demonstrated ability to cultivate a positive team environment.-Demonstrated record of increasing responsibility in human resources and administrative areas, preferably in a unionized, non-profit environment.-Experience as a member of a senior management team.-Knowledge of HRIS.-Excellent time management and organizational skills, and attention to detail.-Excellent written and oral communication skills.Preferred Qualifications:-Experience in a non-profit legal services environment-Experience working with rural, marginalized populations.This job description is not designed to contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required for this job.
