Line Cook/ Prep Cook Job Description
Brief Description:
The position of Line Cook/ Prep Cook will be responsible for ensuring that proper cleaning procedures are followed, to ensure that our guest have a safe dining experience. Will report directly to BOH Managers
Job Duties:
1. Keep a clean kitchen at all times, sweeping moping and disinfecting the kitchen to keep a safe work environment.
2. Prep food for production
3. Execute food production as trained and use proper safety standards to keep customers from getting sick.
4. Properly store all perishable items to comply with health standards
5. In charge of washing all small ware.
6. General cleaning duties and side-work.
7. General maintenance as assigned by management
8. Will attend any and all staff meetings
9. Can and will be assigned other duties by the manager on duty
Employeeâs will also be working on their toes moving walking and engaging with customers. The employee must wear non-slip shoes and be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long derations of time up to 8 hours if scheduled. For your safety restaurant communication and vocabulary will be used at all time such as âbehind, hot plate and cornerâ to ensure a safe working environment.

The position of Dishwasher will be responsible for ensuring that proper cleaning procedures are followed. To ensure that our guest have clean silverware, china and a clean kitchen. Will report directly to BOH Managers
Job Duties:
1. Cleaning Silverware, plates, cutting boards, glassware and more as needed.
2. Proper cleaning of both dishwashing machines
3. General cleaning duties such as, taking trash out, sweeping, mopping and hosing down the loading doc.
4. General maintenance as assigned by management
5. Will attend any and all staff meetings
6. Can and will be assigned other duties by the manager on duty
