BARBACK / BUSSER
The Barback/Busser is responsible for performing any and all duties associated with the venue. To include, but not limited to backing up bartenders with tasks such as maintaining stock, prep, collecting empty glasses, maintaining the premises, ensuring there is plenty of clean glassware, and re-stocking ice, supplying tables with service items, maintaining cleanliness in assigned section and throughout the venue and any tasks delegated by management.
Duties and Responsibilities:
⢠Stocking Ice
⢠Distributing trash cans in proper places
⢠Wiping up any spills whenever possible
⢠Setting up venue
⢠Setting up and polish stanchions
⢠Maintaining cleanliness of assigned section and back of the house areas
⢠Assisting servers and bartenders with any and all tasks
⢠Taking out trash
⢠Supplying necessary service items to tables and bar
â¢Identifying and reporting potentially over-intoxicated guests
Physical Requirements:
⢠Must be able to stand/walk for up to 8 hours at a time
⢠Must be able to lift at least 100 pounds safely and properly
⢠Ability to work in a stressful, fast-paced environment
⢠No offensive tattoos
⢠Must be able to work nights, holidays, and weekends
COCKTAIL SERVER / BOTTLE SERVICE
Cocktail Server is responsible for providing the highest quality of service to all guests at tables. This includes, but is not limited to: greeting tables, serving drinks, wine presentation, serving food, bussing tables, and always looking for opportunities to upsell.
Position Duties and Responsibilities. May include, but not limited to the following:
⢠Attend and participate in the pre-shift meetings
⢠Dress in mandatory uniforms, costumes and accessories for all shifts
⢠Check in with tables on a regular basis throughout the night
⢠Taking, placing, and delivering drink/bottle orders
⢠Making cocktails for guest at tables and adding to the customer experience
⢠Presenting and serving champagne and wine
⢠Distributing bottle service enhancements
⢠Execute proper steps of service
⢠Assist and identify upsell opportunities
⢠Working cooperatively with other venue staff
⢠Identifying and reporting potentially over-intoxicated guests
⢠Distributing and collecting bottles of liquor at appropriate times
⢠Maintaining cleanliness in assigned section and service station
⢠Collecting payment for goods and services provided
⢠Writing thank you cards to bottle service guests at the end of the shift
⢠Promoting venue and events at all times
⢠Maintain client relationships and work to develop new ones
⢠Meet guest list, table sales and all other promotional responsibilities
⢠Attend staff outings and meetings
⢠Must score a 90% or higher on the Champagne and Packages portion on the menu and a 70% or higher on the rest of the menu
⢠Must maintain a 40% or higher upsell percentage
Out-Of-Venue Duties and Responsibilities:
⢠Meeting and/or exceeding all Promotional Responsibilities
⢠Requirement to book $1000 in business per month with a minimum of $350 coming in new business
⢠Following up with clients and inviting them for events
⢠Recap of Outreach efforts to existing contacts included in Weekly Contact Email
⢠Attending mandatory meetings as scheduled
⢠Attend staff outings and other networking opportunities
⢠Timely response to VIP/Team emails
Qualifications:
⢠0-3 years cocktail serving experience preferred
Skills and Attitudes:
⢠Basic knowledge of liquors, cocktails, and champagnes
⢠Positive "team player" attitude is a must and be able to work with a sense of urgency and "hustle"
⢠When dealing with tough situations and or difficult clients, patient attitude and tolerance needed
Education:
⢠High School diploma or equivalent preferred Certificates, Licenses, and Registrations:
⢠LEAD Card (must be obtained within 30 days of employment)
⢠Food Handler Card required (must be obtained within 30 days of employment)
Physical Requirements:
⢠Must be able to stand for 8 hours
⢠Must be able to lift up to 40lbs safely
⢠Must be able to work in a stressful, fast-paced environment
⢠Must be able to work nights, holidays, and weekends
⢠No offensive tattoos
SECURITY / LOUNGE HOST
Security Host Position Summary: Responsible for maintaining the safety of the staff, patrons, and the venue. The majority of time will be spent maintaining a good reputation while performing with the utmost efficiency, ensuring quality customer service, and building loyalty and trust with guests and staff. Will work hand-in-hand with the Head of Security to maintain all policies and procedures and maintain the integrity of the venue.
MUST HAVE GUARD CARD (must be obtained within 7 days of employment)
Duties and Responsibilities: Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
⢠Executing incident reports with supervisor when needed
⢠Executing of all 647s and 415s properly
⢠Maintaining a clean atmosphere inside and outside of the venue by picking up glassware and trash
⢠Acting as professionally and courteous as possible in any situation
⢠Constantly watching the assigned stations and making calls clearly
⢠Performing all duties of the station they are posted at
⢠Completing closing duties as assigned by supervisor
⢠Assisting staff getting through the crowds
⢠Always being prepared to answer questions regarding the DJ's and performers
â¢Identifying and reporting potentially over-intoxicated guests
Qualifications:
⢠Suggested of 1 year in the hospitality industry. Example: hotel, restaurant, nightclub, etc.
⢠Superior verbal skills are a MUST
⢠Outgoing personality
⢠Attention to detail
⢠Positive attitude and willingness to get along with co-workers
Education:
⢠High School diploma or equivalent preferred Certificates, Licenses, and Registrations:

BARTENDER
Bartender Position Summary: Responsible for mixing, serving, and garnishing all alcoholic and non- alcoholic beverages to the venue's standards. Will spend majority of time maintaining all bar supplies and performing all duties assigned by management. Because bartenders are in direct contact with our guests, how they conduct themselves behind the bar is an essential factor in determining our guests' experience at the venue.
Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
⢠Make sure the bar is clean and ready to go for the start of service.
⢠Serve cocktail waitresses if working the service bar
⢠Acknowledge ALL guests with a pleasant attitude and serving them with speed and efficiency.
⢠Know the drink recipes, garnishes, and proper glassware.
⢠Handle guest tabs and making sure that the proper drink order gets added to the proper tab.
⢠Make sure not to over-pour.
⢠Must handle money appropriately according to the company policies.

Qualifications:
⢠Must have two years of high-volume lounge or night club experience
⢠1 Year craft cocktail experience.
