We are a state-of-the-art, private dental office in Fresno. We are looking for a full time Financial Treatment Coordinator. Someone who shares the passion, vision, and values of our practice.
Responsibilities/ Duties:
In the role of a Treatment Plan Coordinator, you'll play a pivotal part in our patient-centric operation. Your primary duty will include consultations for both our current and prospective patients. This involves delivering comprehensive treatment plan strategies, with and without insurance coverage, and financial options.
In addition, your role will include the patient appointment process, insurance benefits, and the role of a bridge between our dental professionals – the dentists, and hygienists – and our valued patients.
While prior experience within the dental field is certainly advantageous, we are open to cultivating the right candidate through our comprehensive training regimen. Your enthusiasm and alignment with our vision matter most in this endeavor.
Preferred Skills:
-Previous dental receptionist/dental assistant experience (a plus but not required)
-Experience with Open Dental is a plus (a plus but not required)
-Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team
-Excellent customer service skill
