Busy, dental office looking for an enthusiastic individual with experience in TREATMENT COORDINATING. Personality is the most important factor, since we work very hard to maintain a smooth, happy, supportive, environment. Applicant must have an exceptional customer service, fast learner and work well in a fast paced environment. Experience in Dentrix is plus but not required.
Duties:
Maintain appointment schedule
Maintain customer relationships in a professional manner
Ability to manage Initial Visits & Treatment Plans
High Level of Organization
Must be exceptionally organized and detail orientated
Answer busy multi line phone in a courteous and efficient manner
Verify Insurances
Insurance Billing
Screen faxes
Other duties as assigned
