We are looking for competent Live-in Caregiver to care for our clients in a professional and compassionate manner. The ideal candidate will be patient and friendly with excellent communication skills. You should be able to follow instructions and perform a variety of tasks to help clients. Assist clients with personal care and hygiene help clients with physical therapy exercises plan and prepare meals. Perform housekeeping duties that clients can't complete on their own. Be a pleasant and supportive companion.
Report any unusual incidents, Act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency skills knowledge of housekeeping Willingness to adhere to health and safety standards, Respectful and compassionate good time management skills, outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, strong ethics, and physical endurance.
Assists residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transferring and getting to and from activities and meals according to the individual service plan. Allows and encourages residents to do as much of their own care as possible. Encourages residents to eat a proper diet and take adequate fluids while respecting the resident's right to free choice and records and reports changes in resident's eating habits to the supervisor. Initiates and participates in leisure activities provided for residents as described in the activity calendar and encourages residents to socialize and participate in planned activities or programs to develop friendships with other residents. Bilingual encouraged.
