Fresno internal medicine doctor's office seeks experienced (3 years) Medical Assistant. EHR proficiency required. Full time and part-time. Salary is market based and negotiable; excellent benefits provided including paid vacation, sick leave, 401(k) .
Seeking motivated and dedicated Medical Assistant with both front and back office experience. Will train new hires.
Must be sensitive to the patient's medical situations, be a good listener and show compassion as needed in patient relations. Must be detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Proficient computer skills - Knowledge in Microsoft Word, Adobe and EHR systems.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Able to handle confidential information and show professionalism.
Strong interpersonal skills. Must be good at multitasking and prioritizing different tasks.
Must be flexible with job duties and willing to learn new responsibilities.
Bilingual a plus

Record patient's' history in EHR
Room patients
Check patients in and out of office
Answer telephones
Schedule patients
Collect and input accurate demographic and insurance information to EHR
Ensure that all required patient paperwork is complete and in medical record
Proficient Medical terminology and documentation
