We are looking for an as-needed on-call caregiver who can work the following hours - 7:30-11am, 6-9pm.
You may be requested to come to work with as little as 30 minutes notice if it’s an emergency. Job is ideal for a person who is VERY flexible and looking for extra income. Due to schedule uncertainty, we are open to discussing wage rate depending on caregiver’s flexibility and experience.
You do not need experience but you must be very reliable, willing to learn and adapt and follows directions well. We will train the person we hire. We may hire more than one on-call caregiver depending on availabilities.
Work site is a private home at NW Fresno.
Duties varies depending on other caregiver or family member present. Duties may include transferring using patient lift, bathing, toileting, cleaning patient after toilet, grooming, dressing, GI tube feeding, tracheostomy care, cleaning appliances, light housekeeping, moving electric wheelchair, various therapy assistance and any ADL help needed for a quadriplegic adult.
We may ask you to come a couple of mornings to familiarize with how we care for the patient at home.
You must also pass a background check.
