Denham Resources has an excellent opportunity for an experienced Human Resources Manager to join the team of our client, a highly successful, well established, premier company with international dealings located in the Selma/Kingsburg area. This is a hands-on HR position at a company that values and rewards its long-term employees. You will be an integral part of the management team.
-Nurture a positive work environment
-Responsible for a team that covers benefits admin, training, recruiting, performance management, etc
-Ensure and maintain legal compliance and knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, trends and recommended best practices
-Maintain and enhance employee benefits programs by studying and assessing benefit needs and trends
-Enforce management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies
-Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
REQUIREMENTS:
-Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field preferred
-Bilingual English/Spanish, speak and read, required
-10 years of experience in progressively responsible human resources roles including 5 plus years proven work experience as an HR Manager or HR Executive
-Adept to problem-solving and conflict resolution
-Extensive knowledge of HR policies, labor laws and best practices
-Excellent spoken communication, written and interpersonal skills
-Must have a valid California Driver's License
-Proficient with MS Office and HR software systems
