Hey folks near Reedley! We need some help from a reliable, independent cleaner for our two Airbnbs on our little ranch just outside Reedley. We have a super cool Retro Camper and a Geodome where we welcome Airbnb guests from around the world!
Cleanings needed between 10-20 times per month (closer to 10 in the winter). Pay is $35 per unit, per cleaning. The Dome and Camper each take about 1 hour to clean. We wash all linens, and live on the property if you need anything.
Requirements:
+ Pride in Your Work: As a family-run bed and breakfast, we have the highest standards of cleanliness and never want to disappoint our guests.
+ Independent Contractor Status: This is a contract position, not employment. Invoices are required for services, with full control over your work approach. If you need help sending invoices, I can assist. I will also provide an independent contractor agreement for everyone to sign.
+ Schedule: Sometimes bookings are made at the last minute so the more flexible your schedule the better!
+ Location: We are located just outside of Reedley.
+ Animals: We have lots of farm animals and 4 dogs on our property so you must be ok with animals.
What We Offer:
+ Straightforward Units: Each unit is around 500 sq ft and takes about 1 hour to clean.
+ Flexible Scheduling: Cleanings must be completed between 11 am and 2 pm.
+ $35 per unit per cleaning
