JOB REQUIREMENTS
We are looking for someone to provide Day Porter Services in the Fresno, CA. This is a part-time position working 12 - 20 hours weekly. This unique position consists of providing basic janitorial services. We need a very responsible person who reports to work on time and consistently as scheduled.
JOB DUTIES
Janitorial skills needed.
Performs exterior cleaning duties at the job site
Blows off or sweeps walkways and sidewalks
Other duties may be assigned as needed
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
Ability to arrive on time at multiple locations.
Ability to use hand tools.
Ability to walk up to 5 miles per day.
Able to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends if needed.
Prepared to execute all duties and responsibilities in a safe and timely manner.
Ability to be on your feet up to 8 hours, lift up to 25 pounds, work independently, and within a team setting.
Ability to work in a physical manner.
Capable of working with a variety of technologies.
Able to work safely with a variety of cleaning supplies, tools, and equipment.
Possesses quantitative and analytical skills – can think and reason to solve a problem.
Ability to use online App IVR and ADP tools for clock in/out.
Ability to take photos and communicate via email/text/phone.
The qualified person must have a reliable means of transportation to get to work on time.
