Position Summary
This is a full time position, Tuesday through Saturday, and will require availability for after hours emergency calls. Maintenance Technician is responsible for providing hands-on maintenance and repairs at a 130 unit multifamily apartment complex in Fresno, CA. Maintenance Technician will perform routine and preventative maintenance on the property including basic landscaping, maintenance and repairs in occupied and vacant units, and prepare vacated units for new occupants.
Responsibilities
Perform routine and preventative maintenance on the property, in occupied and vacant units
Perform maintenance and repairs in occupied and vacant units, including plumbing, appliance installation, touch up painting and drywall repair, electrical, and cleaning
Minimum Qualifications
Must provide your own basic tools
Valid CA driver’s license and reliable transportation
Skilled in the use of hand and power tools and basic carpentry
Skilled in basic plumbing and electrical repair
Skilled in touch up painting and drywall repair
We will conduct a background check before or after a conditional offer of employment has been made
Preferred Qualifications
5+ years of experience
Skilled in HVAC repair
Skilled in advanced framing, plumbing, and electrical
Skilled in appliance repair
The salary rate for this role starts at $20 per hour depending on experience and qualifications
