Position: RV Maintenance and Delivery Supervisor
Responsibilities:
Maintenance Oversight:
Coordinate and execute routine maintenance schedules for our fleet of RVs.
Conduct thorough inspections to identify and address mechanical issues promptly.
Collaborate with external service providers to ensure timely and quality repairs.
Delivery Logistics:
Plan and coordinate the delivery and pickup of RVs to various locations.
Monitor delivery schedules to optimize efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Ensure all necessary documentation and permits are in order for safe and legal transportation.
Team Leadership:
Lead a team of maintenance and delivery staff, providing guidance and support.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment to enhance team productivity.
Conduct regular training sessions to keep the team updated on industry best practices.
Customer Service:
Address customer inquiries and concerns related to RV maintenance and delivery.
Strive to exceed customer expectations by delivering exceptional service.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in RV maintenance and repair.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Leadership experience in managing a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Knowledge of DOT regulations and safety standards for RV transportation.
