Journeyman Roofers Wanted and Crews
We are seeking an experienced, reliable Journeyman roofers residential and/or commercial projects. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong communication skills and extensive roofing knowledge.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and lead roofing crews on job sites
Ensure safety compliance and high-quality workmanship
We are a licensed and inured Central valley roofing company
Communicate project status with management and clients
Read plans, schedule materials, and coordinate jobsite logistics
Train crew members and manage productivity
Requirements:
3–5+ years of roofing experience (foreman experience preferred)
Knowledge of shingle, metal, and/or flat roofing systems
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Ability to work in all weather conditions
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
