We are searching for an experienced Maintenance Technician to perform building maintenance/repairs for one of our Apartment Communities in Fresno. This position is Full-Time / 40 hours a week.
Are you one of those hardworking individuals who is good at fixing everything? Are you that person everyone calls when something isn't working right and they just need your help? Then we need you!
We are looking to find someone who is skilled in these areas:
Plumbing Repair (Toilets, Sinks, Faucets, Tubs, Garbage Disposals)
Electrical Repair (Light Switches, Outlets, Ceiling Fans)
Carpentry Repair (Doors, Drawers, Cabinets, Locks)
Appliance Repair (Dishwasher, Stove, Refrigerator)
Apartment Maintenance experience is not required but we are searching for someone who will be able to perform repairs in a correct and safe manner in our apartment homes. If you are looking for a rewarding career in Apartment Maintenance, then please respond immediately.
