Food 4 Thought, LLC partners with local family farms to provide fresh fruit and produce to school districts statewide and is looking to hire individuals for Fruit Packing Positions. These individuals must have at least 6 months of fruit packing experience in a packing house to be considered for this position. These individuals must be team players and able to work flexible schedules.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Grade and pack fresh fruit into boxes
Follow safety rules
Report any unsafe activities or issues to supervisor
Job Requirements:
Must have reliable transportation.
Must be able to work flexible schedules.
Must be punctual, reliable and have a solid attendance record.
Must be able to follow verbal instructions in English/Spanish.
Must have great attention to detail.
Must be able to work well with others.
Must be willing to submit to drug testing and background check.
Must maintain drug and smoke free environment.
Must be able to perform all duties in a safe and productive manner.
Must be able to lift and/or move up to 27 lbs.
Bilingual is a plus.
