Marketing Coordinator - Full-Time

Royal T Management is seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is EXCEPTIONALLY organized, and has a passion for all aspects of marketing. If you are ready to oversee our established marketing program, drive marketing campaigns, and contribute to the success of all of the Fresno, Clovis, Merced, Madera and Bakersfield properties, we want to hear from you!

Job Responsibilities:

Self-manage and prioritize marketing tasks with little to no supervision.

Manage online advertisements, collaborate on website development, and coordinate with sign vendors.

Ensure accurate and timely tracking of all marketing materials and coordination of delivery to apartment communities.

Design and maintain color-coordinated signage and banners for maximum visual impact.

Constantly monitor and update vacancy listings across multiple websites.

Manage and respond to online reviews while maintaining a positive community reputation.

Create captivating and informative newsletters for all properties to communicate with residents and future prospects.

Log guest cards, track marketing traffic sources, and maintain clear records of marketing performance.

Regularly communicate with supervisors to report on marketing progress, potential deficiencies, and areas for improvement.

Actively track and report on marketing performance, ensuring any changes in the market are addressed promptly.

Collaborate with onsite staff to manage marketing efforts, ensuring performance meets company standards and any deficiencies or

missed deadlines are addressed.

Present marketing strategies, policies, and results at meetings to large audiences.

Recruit and manage mystery shoppers for feedback on property marketing and customer service efforts.

Collaborate and implement creative marketing strategies for new properties.

Skills, Qualifications and Requirements:

Associate's degree in Marketing or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Proven ability to self-motivate and manage tasks with minimal supervision.

Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Publisher,

Excellent proofreading, grammar, and spelling skills.

Exceptionally detail-oriented and organized, with a strong focus on accuracy.

Experience in website collaboration and website development.

Knowledge of color coordination for signage and marketing materials.

Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines while maintaining quality.

Strong communication skills to effectively report marketing progress and collaborate with various teams.

A creative, innovative thinker who can bring fresh marketing ideas to the table.

A Valid Driver License and Vehicle Insurance.

Some travel to Bakersfield required.
