Description
-Hands on Manager to oversee all manufacturing and people processes
-Team Management including, supervise, direct, termination and performance assessment of small team
-Establish and remodel existing procedures and methodologies
-Develop and implement strategies to meet production goals
-Implement and or insure safety compliance
-Represent company at Trade Shows regionally
-Maintain existing customer base by providing excellent customer service with quality products, excellent delivery times and follow-up. Occasional travel to regional dealers.
Requirements
-5+ years of manufacturing experience or material handling experience
-3-5 years of Supervisory experience
-Ability to work independently to guide the team and the workflow daily, as well as with work well with Executive team members
-Strong knowledge and experience regarding all aspects of manufacturing, shipping, receiving
-Cost effective, LEAN understanding desirable
