Job purpose:
The Maintenance person is responsible for janitorial and general maintenance of buildings, facilities, and grounds. Performs related duties as assigned.
Key responsibilities and accountabilities:
Perform all cleaning and routine maintenance for meeting rooms, restrooms, offices, breakrooms, inside/outside grounds.
Sweep, mop, and polish floors.
Use and maintain cleaning equipment and materials with skill and efficiency.
Gather and empty trash from warehouse facility into dumpster/compactor.
Basic Industrial Maintenance in a manufacturing facility.
Skills required for this position:
Experience or knowledge in basic industrial maintenance or construction.
Must be self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
Must be willing to work outside normal working hours and overtime when required.
Must be able to work well and communicate with others in a courteous and helpful way.
Must be trustworthy.
Must be able to work safely at all times.

Any combination of education, training, and / or experience which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties and responsibilities as described.
Physical Requirements:
Job is physically demanding: This position requires performing a variety of physical labor including climbing ladders, bending, kneeling, reaching, and standing for long periods of time, carrying boxes, tools, equipment and materials, repetitive tasks. Must be able to lift 30lbs.
