Manufacturing/Mechanical Engineer
We are a large contract and solar manufacturing company providing manufacturing services as well as solar structures to top fortune 500 companies.
We have an immediate opening for a highly motivated and flexible manufacturing/mechanical engineer with EXCELLENT Math and English communication skills for our Manufacturing and Solar Division.
Responsibilities Include but Not Limited To:
Mechanical design and drafting
Manufacturing process implementation and improvement
Job site visit for solar structure design and follow up.
Document control
Customer communication
Coordination of customer orders with manufacturing
Assisting with projects
Successful candidate must possess:
Minimum 2 years prior engineering experience in manufacturing or solar industry
Excellent CAD skills, Solidworks preferred
Proficient in “Lean Manufacturing” concepts
Proficient in understating and developing Bills of Materials
Excellent basic math, written and verbal English communication skills
Excellent Computer skills; Microsoft Access, Excel and Word.
Positive experience in working with customers and suppliers
An Engineering degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or related fields
