Scope of Work:
The Engineer will play a pivotal role in the design, development, and optimization of wood cabinet products and production processes. This position involves working with production staff, warehouse team and other departments to ensure the highest quality standards are met.
Check and meet production quota and orders.
Requires: Concentration, ability to multitask, ability to manage a high energy and fast-paced work environment.
Skills/Education/Experience:
A degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and general computer skills
Knowledge of cabinetry construction and general construction are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Completion Based on Production Plan
Ensure that all projects are completed on time and in alignment with the production schedule.
2. Meeting Production Quotas & Orders
Ensure that production quotas are met consistently, and that orders are fulfilled on time, meeting customer expectations for quality and delivery. Align goals of teams to Meet deadlines.
3. Process Optimization & Manufacturing Support
Analyze and improve production processes to enhance efficiency, minimize waste, and reduce costs.
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, ensuring smooth operations and minimal downtime.
Compensation/Hours:
Monday through Friday 6:00am to 2:30pm
Compensation ranges from $24-$30/hour and up depending upon experience. With occasional overtime, if needed.
