You must have a high school diploma, a current valid drivers license and method of transportation to be qualified for this job.
We are looking for full time, long term employees for production crew job openings. We have 6 paid holidays, 75% paid medical benefits for each employee and their family after a 3 month probationary period, a 401K retirement plan in which we match every dollar you invest up to 6% of your pay after 1 year on the job and production incentive bonuses after 3 months on the job. You will be trained to operate the machines used to manufacture a few different products and be responsible for checking the quality of the product being run. You must be reliable and on time for your shifts. The shift supervisors will train you as you work. You must have decent high school level math and communication skills, and carry out instructions given to you, follow directions and be courteous to everyone here.
The work schedule can be very difficult, but a requirement to work this job. For example, you work 6 days in row first shift (7AM-3PM) then get 2 days off and the next 6 days on 3rd shift (11PM to 7AM), then 2 days off, and then 6 days on 2nd shift (3PM to 11PM) and then repeat this cycle every month. It is a difficult schedule to adapt to but this is how we operate 24 hours a day 7 days a week. This schedule creates some overtime each month. The bonus program occurs once you are trained enough to be efficient, after 3 months of employment. It is not guaranteed, but as long as we meet productivity goals and do not make expensive mistakes, it is paid regularly. It is an additional $75 up to possibly $300 per bi weekly check if everything runs well in the factory during those 2 week pay periods.
