Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Sign Manufacturer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in sign manufacturing or a related field.
Key Responsibilities:
Sign Installation: Install signs, banners, and monuments on posts, buildings, and other structures.
Equipment Operation: Safely work on ladders, scaffolds, and boom/bucket lifts.
Sign Production: Manufacture signs using printers/plotters, power tools (e.g., table saws, drills), and vinyl applications.
Team Coordination: Collaborate with office and warehouse staff to manage job orders and ensure timely project completion.
Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols while operating equipment and performing physical tasks.
Job Requirements:
Graphic Design Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator or similar design software is preferred.
Problem-Solving Ability: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with basic verbal and written communication skills.
Mathematical Competency: Basic math skills for measurements and calculations.
Valid Driver’s License: Must have a clean driving record and reliable transportation.
Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Mechanical Aptitude: Experience with power tools and general woodworking; familiarity with construction equipment is a plus.
Positive Attitude: A strong can-do attitude and flexibility to handle a variety of tasks.
