Nemat Inc. is seeking an experienced Welder with expertise in TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas) and MIG (Metal Inert Gas) welding to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fabricating, assembling, and repairing metal components with precision and efficiency. This position requires a strong understanding of various materials, including steel, aluminum, and stainless steel.
Responsibilities:
Perform high-quality TIG and MIG welding on various materials, ensuring precision and structural integrity.
Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to determine welding requirements.
Prepare materials by cutting, shaping, and cleaning surfaces before welding.
Inspect completed work for defects and ensure adherence to quality standards.
Operate welding equipment, grinders, and other tools safely and efficiently.
Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and production goals.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a TIG and MIG welder
Proficient in welding various materials, including steel, aluminum, and stainless steel.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Familiarity with welding safety protocols and best practices.
Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work.
Certification in welding (AWS or equivalent) is a plus but not required.
