Key Responsibilities include:
- Leadership of staff and volunteers
-Oversee operations
-Liaison between Board, PBS, and CPB
-Enhance financial strength of Valley PBS and broaden revenue streams, direct annual budget process
-Cultivate and grow community engagement, fundraising, and partnerships
Requirements (Skills/Experience/Education) Call to Action
-Minimum of 5 years executive leadership
-Proven record in fundraising or business development
-Strong knowledge of financials, budgeting, goal setting
-Experience with integration of emerging technologies
-Outstanding presentation and communication skills
-Ability to connect with a variety of constituents
-Bachelor’s degree or higher
The items below are strongly preferred:
-Strong network in California’s Central Valley
-Technology, broadcast media, journalism experience
-Bilingual English/Spanish
