-Front office, representing as the first point of contact for the company

-Meet and greet clients and visitors

-Answer phones

-General office duties,

-Organize files

-Draft letters/emails, handle customer accounts, collect payments

-Support all staff

-Responsible for office upkeep, inventory supplies, and light cleaning

-Open/close office

-Excellent Customer Service

-Generate and Follow-up on issues/open work orders

-Coordinate/process new service applications

-Assist with pre-bill and finalizing monthly water invoices

-Monitor and respond to voicemails

-Provide email support on customer inquiries/concerns

-Process Move In/Move Outs (Final Bills)

-Process on-line payments

-Process El Dorado payment support/sync

-Handle Cash drawer, Supply/Inventory

-Manage CEO’s Calendar

Requirements

-High School Diploma or Equivalent

-1-2 years of experience in Administrative Assistant Role

-Valid California Driver’s License

-Data Entry

-QuickBooks

-Microsoft Word/Excel

-Excellent Customer Service Skills

-Strong Communication Skills – Verbal and Written Communication

-Organized, Detail-Oriented, Multi-Tasking Skills
