Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team who can multitask . The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, ensuring client satisfaction, and maintaining a positive company image. We are a very busy auto collision shop.
PAY IS BASED ON EXPERIENCE.
Duties
-Respond and update customer via phone, email, and chat in a timely manner.
-Update customers and get authorizations
-Assist with sales by identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate solutions.
-Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions using Microsoft Office and data entry systems.
-Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently when necessary.
-Assist estimators
-Check vehicles in and out
-Must be willing to drive to Clovis,Madera,Fresno if needed to cover our other locations.
