We are in need of a Dispatcher/Office Assistant for our Towing Company. [Experience Preferred]
You will be working heavily on the phones, on tasks including (but not limited to):
managing communications between customers, insurance agencies, and drivers
scheduling calls and planning a course of action for smooth and efficient running of the towing route
handling and solving any complication that may arise with any given call
As well as:
managing day-to-day goings on around the office
working along side office employees to accomplish a daily set of tasks, together and as a team
