Position Summary:
A&P Detailing and Auto Enhancement Is Looking For a Full-Time, Customer Service Knowledge (Phone And In Person), Bilingual (A Plus But Not Needed) Office Receptionist/Assistant, Quality Control Lead And Sales. Hours Of Operation Will Be Monday-Friday With Hours Varying From 8:00a.m-5:00 p.m.
Job Duties:
- Answering Phone Calls/Questions
- Scheduling/Confirming Appointments
- Responding To Online Appointments
- Create, Input And File Invoices.
- Stock Products.
- Bookkeeping.
- Create Bank Deposits.
- Accounts Payable/Receivable.
- Some HR
- Schedule Work/Crew Meetings.
- Provide Estimates
- Check In Customers Vehicles Prior To Service
- Quality Control-Meeting Customers Expectations When Service Is Completed
- Perform Other Duties Assigned By Owner/Management Etc.
- ETC.
MUST HAVE:
- Some Knowledgeable With Microsoft Word And Excel
- Knowledgeable With Quickbooks or Similar Software
- Able To Copy/Fax/Scan/Email.
- Organized
- Great Customer Service
- Great Communication Skills (In Person And Over The Phone)
- Team Player But Can Work Well On Their Own
- On Time
- Available Monday-Friday from 8:00am-5:00pm (Hours Vary)
