We are seeking a professional office assistant to assist the property manager of a busy mobile home community in Clovis. This is a Monday - Friday position, with the hours being from 9am to 1pm. There's room for growth and additional hours.
Responsibilities Include:
-Assist the property manager with all administrative needs
-Computer skills are a must: Gmail, Excel, Outlook, and able to learn Rent Manager quickly (property management software)
-Answering phones
-Submitting vendor invoices
-Preparing and submitting bank deposits
-Resolving resident concerns
-Process rental applications
-Perform property inspections annually
-Work with the maintenance team to resolve maintenance requests
-Collect information for new resident files
-Post notices
-Must be detail oriented
-Must have exceptional interpersonal skills
-Must be computer savvy
