Job Title: Receptionist - Body Shop
Location: Clovis, Ca
About Us:
At S&G Collision Center we provide auto repair and restoration services. We're looking for a friendly, organized receptionist to help create a smooth, positive experience for our customers.
Responsibilities:
Greet customers and answer inquiries.
Answer phones and schedule appointments.
Handle customer paperwork (work orders, estimates, invoices).
Process payments and assist with billing.
Maintain a clean, organized reception area.
Assist with administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
Previous customer service or receptionist experience (auto shop experience a plus).
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
Friendly, professional attitude.
