Description
-Greet visitors and direct in-coming calls
-Mail processing
-Coordinate meetings and ensure conference rooms are prepared
-Assist HR department – paperwork review, data entry
-Assist with employee events planning
Requirements
-High School Diploma or equivalent
-Administrative and/or front desk experience
-Strong Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint skills
-Proven work ethic and ability to juggle multiple priorities
-Ability to prioritize projects and duties as necessary.
-Strong verbal and written communication skills
-Valid California driver’s license
