Our Brilliant Real estate investment and management firm is looking to hire an extraordinary individual to assistant manage our 200+ unit conventional community located in beautiful Fresno, California.

This key management position will be responsible for the following:

- Supervising Team to ensure community is maintained to standards compatible with company's policies & procedures, compliance with fair housing and all applicable laws, and maximizing occupancy and NOI.

- Maintain constant knowledge of market conditions and competition in the surrounding communities to better maximize revenue.

- Provide excellent customer service while maintaining the highest standards for resident service.

The qualified candidate must be committed to providing above average results on a daily basis and will possess the following:

- 3+ years of related multi-family property management experience (150 units or more);

- Knowledge of Fair Housing and Fair Credit Reporting Act;

- Professional attitude and communication skills

- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to process error-free work product;

- A positive and enthusiastic personality with a "can-do" attitude;

SKILLS

Follow the established policy and procedures in the qualification, screening and acceptance of applicants for residency.

Exceed the expectations of residents, team members, vendors, community members and government officials.

Implement effective lease renewal programs during renewal period to assure a 60% retention rate.

Shop competition quarterly and gain knowledge of the demographics of the propertys market area.

Ensure that all collateral marketing and leasing materials is within UDGI policies and are of the highest quality.

Study and understand regional trends, including "latest and greatest" marketing strategies.

Promote and teach safe work practices among on-site staff and ensure all safety programs are implemented and followed.

Communicate effectively with owners, residents, and on-site Associates. Ensure that any areas of concern are addressed promptly and thoroughly.

Must be able to work weekends
