We are seeking an experienced property manager to fill an immediate vacancy at a 50 unit residential complex in Madera, CA. The ideal candidate is an individual with experience in managing residential multi-family properties.
The position will require between 20-40hrs/week.
Must have a minimum of 3 years experience managing residential properties and a positive attitude with excellent customer service and attention to detail.
This position will be responsible for all day to day management needs, including leasing collections, processing maintenance requests, identifying maintenance needs, managing staff and contractors, and enforcing community rules.

The successful candidate will:
-Excellent Leasing Skills
-Strong Leadership skills
-3+ years of experience in managing and leasing residential multi-family properties
-Proficient in email and Microsoft Office
-Prior knowledge and use of Appfolio or Yardi a plus
-Professional presentation
-Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws
-Bilingual skills a plus (English and Spanish)
-Complete a background check
-Eager and open to learning
