Fresno Property Management Company looking for experienced bookkeeper. We need a person who wants to be part of our team. Individual must be detailed oriented and accurate. Work with deadlines and is self-motivated but still able to work with others. Must be able to handle multiple priorities.
Three years of experience preferred. Experience with Yardi or AppFolio software a plus.
Responsibilities include:
Posting rents and Section 8, posting charges, and reconciling tenant ledgers.
Posting payables and issuing checks. Communicate with vendors when needed.
Must be able to reconcile a bank account.
Process and revise move-out dispositions when required.
Prepare month end, year-end owner reports.
Accurate record keeping required.
Vacation, Health Insurance and 401K.
