I fix & flip homes- right now I have 14 projects & this changes depending on how fast they sell or if I find more deals. We have millions in capital deployed and millions on the sidelines - purchasing single family homes in Fresno, clovis, madera, hanford, visalia, sanger, selma, kingsburg, firebaugh, fowler. I have branched into bakersfield as well but focus on 1 hour radius of fresno.
YOU DONT HAVE TO PHYSICALLY WORK FROM OFFICE- I do have two office locations with people at both locations- I visit both offices almost daily- my main office is on alluvial/palm area and you are welcome to use it and work from here.
I hope you have an EV or fuel efficient car- I will pay for your gas.
$- I am open to any situation. I am used to paying $2500-$5K in a referral fee to friends when they find me a deal- they identified the home and I did all of the rest- they didn't do any talking or negotiating. SO if you were to bring me a good home with a seller who wants to sell at a low price I'd pay you at least $5K-
ALSO- if you have capital and want to partner on any deal- you have that option with me.
NEW realtor? You find me deals- get paid on the buy & get a guaranteed RE-LIST- 2.5% is normally what my outside realtors make.

I will doorknock with you, call leads with you, show you my softwares and AI texting/comping etc
The sky is the limit- besides flipping if we come across a home that needs to be sold on the market- I will have you refer the deal to a trusted broker and you'd get a refferal fee - so not JUST flips- we will come across motivated sellers who want top dollar- they need to go with a realtor- we make money on that too! ALSO- if you find a multi-family building, we can earn refferals by sending to commercial brokers or by finding a buyer and letting them deal direct. Lots of ways to make money in real estate given we're targetting motivated sellers.
