Early startup developing app focusing on commercial real estate is in need of a broker of record. You must have a real estate broker license in CA issued within last year. You must have a 4-year college degree.
In exchange for being our broker of record, you would get a small percentage membership in our LLC. This percentage could be considerably more based on your experience and educational background. Pluses would include:
background in commercial industrial properties
more than 10 years experience
interest in sales and marketing
background in digital marketing
