Description
-Develop, negotiate, and execute long term supply agreements
-Collects, analyzes, and interprets market trends and acquire competitive market information and report
- Identify, organize, and attend relevant industry events
-Develop and maintain current and new customer opportunities
-Preserve relationships with key accounts by open and consistent communication, anticipate new opportunities and marketing opportunities
Requirements
-10+ years of Critical Sales experience and/or Marketing of food crops, food ingredients or relevant industry
-4-year bachelor’s degree in business administration, Business Development or Marketing
- Skills and experience in analysis, innovative problem solving, decision making, leadership and strong negotiation skills.
-Energetic, outgoing team player with high level of integrity and resilience
-Motivated self-starter that can begin and complete projects and work under pressure
-Ability to travel up to 25% of the time, domestic and international
